On May 8, 2004, Rafic Bawab & Co. s.a.l launched its annual lottery dinner in Gevinor-Rotana Hotel. Guests from Continental AG attended the ceremony in addition to the participation of customers of the company. The prizes consisted of a Golf Gol car model 2004, electronic equipments, gold,etc. The car was won by Mr. Fadi Dawalibi. The participants in the ceremony enjoyed the magic show handled by the magician "Dr. Mickey". Rafic Bawab & Co. s.a.l promised its customers to have an annual gathering and more lottery dinners to encourage them and promote the company's brands.

Rafic Bawab & Co. s.a.l started the travel trip tours with their customers aiming to let suupliers abroad meet the customers in the Lebanese market and inform them more about Tyres. Nexen Factory was the destiny on July 2005. The whole group gathered with Nexen members and had the opportunity to visit the show room where different patterns and sizes were exhibited. Customers discovered more about Nexen and Roadstone and had good time in Seoul and Pusan - Korea. Thank you Nexen Tire Corporation!

Again, the lottery dinner was back on 5-9-2005, despite the bad circumstances in Lebanon which followed Prime minister Hariri's death on 14-02-2005. The ceremony took place on a Saturday Night in Meshref country club where guests from Continental AG. (Germany), from Goodride ( China), different Lebanese bank managers next to the customers gathered again with all Rafic Bawab & Co. s.a.l board of directors and employees to share a new exciting event. The Chairman / General manager, Mr. Rafic Bawab announced the transfer of the company to a joint stock company under the name of Rafic Bawab & Co. s.a.l. The ceremony witnessed a withdrawal on a Kia Sportage car model 2006 which was won by Mr. Ali al-Tirany. The company promised on that occasion to introduce new brands and sizes into the Lebanese market and 4X4 tyres of European origin in its stock. The event was very fruitful and full with new promises for a developing and advanced market.

Once again the Beirut Marathon took place on 12-11-2005 in Beirut. Rafic Bawab & Co. s.a.l contributed in that event where ATV'S were decorated with the company's brand names from Barum, Uniroyal, Roadstone, Nexen, etc.Next to being an advertising campaign, the marathon was really a nice event to be in and share in the peaceful message which the official president Miss May al-Khalil calls for on each Marathon day.

On 2-3-2006, Bawab members packed their bags and went to explore the world of tyres in "Continental" factory in Romania.. The trips were fruitful for the customers, since they had the chance to discover the whole story of " The Tyre".Rafic Bawab & Co. s.a.l promised its customers that it will arrange for them, with the cooperation of the suppliers abroad, more trips of explorations and entertainment. Thank you Continental!

In 2006, Rafic Bawab& Co. s.a.l board of directors agreed to have the lottery dinner on 2-9-2006. However the sad events in Lebanon and due to the war that damaged many Lebanese areas, the lottery was postponed till 18-11-2006 after the circumstances were back to normal. The event took place on a calm Saturday night in Sheraton Coral Beach hotel. It was an exceptional dinner since it contained many surprises for almost the customers and Bawab members due to their hard efforts collaboratively. Being exceptional, the prizes consisted of three different 2007 Chevrolet cars. The winners were: Mr. Jamal Zaatary, Messers Joseph Yashoua al Khoury, Mr. Hassan Sabbagh. It was an event of fun, a gathering that Both Bawab Group and the customers wait for each year.

From Continetal and Nexen, it was Otani's time. This year, Otani has invited Rafic Bawab & Co. s.a.l members and some customers to vist Thailand and mainly participate in the annual trip in Thailand cooperated by Zafco trading LLC.( Dubai).On the 23rd of January 2007, the meeting was with Otani in their huge factory in Bangkok. Customers were informed about the stages of "The Tyre" and have seen how could a small piece of rubber turn into an Otani Tyre. From Bangkok, the trip extended to Chiangmai, where Otani group had arranged an entertaining trip far away from business. They visited Flora Expo 2006 (Exhibition for flowers), Buddha Template, and the silk and pearl factory.
Customers found it a real beautiful trip, entertaining, relaxing and fruitful at the same time. Thank You Otani!

Again, with the cooperation of Continental AG (Europe)., 16 customers from Rafic Bawab & Co. s.a.l were selected to meet Continental AG members in Prague on 12-3-2007. The visit to Prague gave customers the opportunity to vist Barum Factory for tyres, Mitas Factory for tyres too, Skoda factory for cars, and a factory for crystal. Between business and entertainment, customers were so glad to have such an enjoyable trip since they had the chance to discover new countries, factories and what is more important is feel the sense of belongingness to Rafic Bawab & co. s.a.l .
